About Us
A bilingual family business helping international clients buy, let, and manage property in the UK, Rome, and Calabria — with 60 years of trading behind us.
Our story
Our founding directors have featured in Who's Who publications (Top Foreign Directors of UK companies), and the business has grown steadily throughout its 60 years of trading, incorporating subsidiaries run by the younger members of the family. What has not changed is the way we work: properly, personally, and in your language.
Gessy Mina Anacreonte
Founder
Gessy has been working in the property industry since 1990 and has a wealth of experience in sales, lettings, and management in both the UK and Italy. That experience is the foundation of everything we offer our clients today.
UK, Rome & Calabria
From high-yield investment property in the UK to the streets of Rome and the coastline of Calabria — we work where our clients need us, and we stay with the property long after the purchase is done.
